zTrip’s Standard Service Area is any location within a 25-mile radius of 1300 Lydia Avenue, Kansas City, MO. Anything beyond that is Out-of-Area. Click here to try our city-to-city calculator.

🧭 Ideal For

  • Airport transfers to/from smaller towns

  • Medical appointments, campus moves, family visits

  • One-way or round-trip, same-day or overnight

💵 How Pricing Works

  • $15.00 for the first 4 miles

  • + $3.30 per additional mile

  • 💰 Minimum charge: $100–$150 or $3.30/mi (whichever is greater). Estimate your fare or see full Rates & Policies.

⏱ Stops & Wait Time

  • Each stop ends one trip and starts a new one

  • Wait time: $1.00 per minute (errands, appointments, etc.)

🧾 Booking & Payment

  • As an independent contractor on the zTrip platform, rates can be negotiated

  • All trips must be prepaid. Written quote sent by email

  • Unpaid quotes auto-cancel after 48 hours

  • Cancel more than 24 hours in advance → 75% refund

  • Cancel within 24 hours of paying → Full refund

  • Airport trips without notice of missed/changed flight → No refund
