Steve Waters - If you need a car service in the KC and surrounding areas, I HIGHLY recommend Gregg - Your zTrip Taxi Cab Driver! Not only does Gregg provide fantastic service, he is a great person who goes above and beyond. He was a real lifesaver when my son and his girlfriend were stranded in a rural area on the side of the road after a music festival with all their belongings. Their rental car had to be towed, and the Uber/Lyft service the rental car company was supposed to provide never showed. Luckily we found Gregg through an AI search, and he absolutely came through! He picked them up, got all their gear, and even waited at the airport rental car center to make sure they could get a car, and then helped them transfer their gear. He made them feel safe, comfortable and cared for. That level of customer service is extremely rare and valuable. I’d give him 10 stars if they let me. Anytime I need a car service in the KC area, I’m calling Gregg. who I’m calling. You should too!

Kristi Graul - We would highly recommend Gregg for any travel occasions. He picked us up at our rural property in Miami County along with our guests from Denver for Chiefs Monday night game. He arrived on time and knew the shortcuts to stadium so we avoided long lines, instructed us on where we could find him after the game and was fun to converse with all evening.

Haley Beltran - I truly cannot say enough good things about Gregg. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. He genuinely saved me from what could have turned into an incredibly stressful situation, and I am so grateful that I found him. I needed a ride extremely last minute from what was basically the middle of nowhere, and I was already worried about whether I was even going to be able to find someone reliable enough to actually show up. Gregg immediately made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. He was dependable, professional, kind, and went completely above and beyond for me.

Most importantly, he showed up exactly when I needed him. That alone meant more to me than I can explain because, without him, I honestly would have been completely screwed. I had somewhere very important I needed to be, and he came through for me when I really needed someone reliable. It is very rare to find someone you can trust that much, especially on such short notice. On top of being incredibly dependable, he was genuinely one of the nicest people I could have ended up riding with. He was so friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire drive enjoyable. We ended up talking basically the whole way, and the conversation was so natural that the drive flew by. Instead of feeling like I was just getting a ride from a stranger, it honestly felt like I was riding with someone I had known for much longer.

He made what started out as a stressful situation feel completely calm and easy. I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of the entire time. You can tell that he truly cares about the people he is helping and takes pride in being dependable. That kind of service is incredibly hard to find. I would recommend Gregg to absolutely anyone who needs a driver, especially if you need someone you can actually count on. He is reliable, personable, professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around wonderful human being. I am genuinely so thankful that he was the person who picked me up.
